As a Noongar-led practice, the Peter Farmer Team creates spaces, experiences, and works that are deeply connected to Country, culture, and community. We believe meaningful design begins with listening, to people, to place, and to the stories that have shaped both for generations.
Drawing on cultural knowledge, creative thinking, and skilled craftsmanship, we work across art, design, fabrication, and placemaking to deliver outcomes that are both enduring and impactful. Our approach brings together tradition and innovation, creating culturally grounded environments that foster connection, understanding, and a strong sense of identity.

Our People & Culture is grounded in collaboration, cultural integrity, and shared knowledge. Cultural advising plays a vital role within our practice, guiding each project through meaningful engagement, respect for Country, and authentic storytelling. Working alongside cultural advisors, Elders, and community representatives ensures our work is informed by lived experience, cultural knowledge, and ongoing dialogue, creating outcomes that are thoughtful, respectful, and deeply connected to community.
